Do you have 3k or 5K? Be careful because some of vanguard retirement account already have Vanguard total stock market fund within their holdings. I would say that you should raise your contribution into your 403(B) or 401(K)

Roth IRA. You can easily have Vanguard create one to parallel your other account, if you are happy enough with the existing mix.

You can change the allocations later if you so desire.

Invest 10% of your money in gold and silver. The price of gold and silver will only go up while paper"money" will just increase in value.

I have a total target retirement acct from Vanguard which has $14,000, and a Traditional IRA which has $3,500. I have extra cash roughly between $3,000-$5,000 and not sure where to invest it? Shold I put into one of the account mentioned above? or open a Vanguard Total stock market fund? Or Star fund? Let me know what you guys think please, i'm 25 and plan on investing till im 60 or so, want to reach a millionaire dollar mark or so.
