Help making a logarithmic chart?

Lotsa these can be downloaded . Here's the first from my search:http://www.rapidtables.com/calc/math/Log...

I know how to do the calculations but it takes way to long. I make the chart by taking the natural log of the first number and adding it to the natural log of the % i want. Then I do the antilog of the logged values. Ex: Ln(5)+Ln(1.01)=blah then i anti log the answer.

What Im asking is how to do it on a graphing calculator so it does the calculations for me, so once I get the first answer it automatically does the next number. Right now I find the log incremented value and do the process over and over again which takes a very long time.

Where can I plug this equation in on a graphing calculator so it does it all for me.

I also have Excel if that would be better suited for this process.
