You can sign up with a brokerage online. They will mail you forms to sign. Fund your account with money. Once it is credited you can place your BUY order online.

If you are in a hurry and there is a local brokerage office, go there, sign the forms, and give them a check to fund your account. This will get the account ready to purchase in less than a week.

I use Scottrade and Fidelity. I would NOT invest in WWE. Look at the chart for WWE on Google Finance or Yahoo Finance.
