You need to get the company organized and registered. And you need to make sure the contracts between you, your investors, your manufacturers, and your resellers/distributors, are well thought out.
Plus you need to make sure you understand how you are protected from your creditors, debtors, and investors.
And most importantly, you need to write down how much of the company your investor gets for their investment. And then voting control of the company needs to be assigned based on the investment and your desires as the current owner.
