Do you want to learn about the stock market and be involved in the decision making process of buying and selling?

if so, look into Couch Potato Investing (assetbuilders.com), Motley Fool, and spend lots of time on Yahoo Finance.

If not, look into Vanguard 2045 (or something similar from Fidelity or T. Rowe Price.)

Remember, your early investing mistakes cost you the most money. 45 years ago I had $3000. and invested in speculative stocks. It was long gone in 2 years. What if I had bought Coca Cola, reinvested the dividends, and held on? I could buy my own island. (well, maybe a yacht)

Hello I'm 25 in the military with about 10k saved in savings. I know this isn't a lot but I was wondering ways to make it work for me so to speak. I have no clue about stocks or IRA or any of that or should I just continue saving? Just curious what the best path finically would be at my age
