I sugest the T Rowe and two others, 40%/30%/30%. It dosent matter much how you start because you get the match and the tax-exemption for YOUR contributions from day one. You can adjust your allocations later, if you wish.
These are my options. My employer matches 4%, I'd like to be a little more aggressive than what is recommended for a 2045 retire date. One did get cut off, it was an Oppenheimer international diversified N fund.
