I work as a Private Banking Officer in an International Investment Bank. I'm the youngest one in our area) everybody is >32 yrs old.
As everybody else, I want keep studying; some people say Masters, CFP, CFA, or any other kind of certification, but I want to know what should I do now or what is the next step so I can continue growing in this area.
Most of my co-workers have Masters Degree or Finance Certifications from their countries (Spain, Colombia, Venezuela, etc).
Does anybody know about any certification or degree It could help me grow??
