I need investment help?

Like being a proctologist, being a landlord is not for everyone.

If you think you want to be in real estate, buy a small property (50% or more in cash as down payment) and test the water.

Many first time landlords overestimate the number of times tenants pay the rent on time. And, underestimate the property damage losses and unexpected expenses.

Because of lawsuits, a property owner can "lose" far more than the cost of the investment.

An alternative might be REIT's.

Its a good idea but Many time landlords overestimate the number of times tenants pay the rent on time. And, underestimate the property damage losses and unexpected expenses.

Yes invest money in property is a good idea.Which gives you monthly income as well as when you sell it.it gives you good profit.

Before you buy rental properties, you have to ask yourself if you really want to be a landlord. Do you really want phone calls at 3am telling you that the heat is out?

STOCK MARKET!

I make $9,500 net every month. I need ideas how I can invest money. For example, should I buy real estate properties and put them up for rent? or any other ideas? Any books on investing can help.

Thanks
