There is not reason on earth you should touch your stocks or bonds. Unless you ae overr 70 and have to withdraw the minimum required by law. Call the brokerrage compnay.
You can buy stock and turn around and sell it immediately. However, you will pay a commission both times and unless the stock has risen in value between the time you buy it and sell it, you will not get the full amount of your money back.
