Depends on what the new buyer intends to do with said assets once purchased. I'd get out now, you've doubled your money, don't be greedy. It's this kind of gambling that makes people throw themselves out of windows. Invest in property, buy outright if possible and rent it out.

I have a feeling this stock won't go up any more

According to the charts its the highest its been in 5 years. It has doubled in price since last year. I read that they are planning on selling their assets how will that affect the share price?
