I've seen the informercials, after doing my research the company showed didn't have a very good customer feedback rating, but it did get me to thinking. I have recently made some spending changes and now I have $150-$200 a month to spare that I would like to invest somewhere. I am open to semi high risk investing since I am looking for bigger returns.

I realize I need to learn alot, are there any good books or courses that would be a great first step?

I find the ones that I've read assume you have some 401K, Equity in your home (I'm a renter in an expensive city) or it's geared towards people in their 20s. I'm in my 30's.

Any (friendly) advice please?
