OTC Market Question?

Posted at: 2014-12-05
Well so much for speculating in penny stocks. There is absolutely no value to NGMC, because in the last fiscal year they only had $2,000 in revenues, but over $1.8 million in expenses. The reason for that spike is because the promotion was a PAID for pump and dump operation to make the insiders rich and very rarely does it work out for the typical retail investor. And no, you cannot buy any such stock in pre or after-hours trading. BTW, most online brokers find this type of trade a pain in the neck and some will actually charge you extra for it. Hey,

I have a question about the OTC market. Yesterday, I noticed after the market closed, that there was a lot of 'promotion' about the stock $NGMC. It closed March 12th at $0.048 cents/share.

Hoping to sell into a morning spike, I was looking to purchase the stock as early as I could either Wednesday evening or early Thursday morning. However, the first possible time that my broker allowed me to buy, was at 9:30am ET, when the stock had already gaped-up to $0.06/ share.

Is there anyway to purchase this stock in the 'after-hours' or 'pre-market' or is the earliest chance at 9:30am.

Does my broker have anything to do with this?

Thanks in advance!
