Yes, it's real....and (sadly) there are people who will actually pay MONEY to buy shares in the (very silly) venture!
This is ONLY my opinion, but it's a classic "pump & dump" scheme by the looks of things, where a few of the insiders circulate rumors the company is going to get "snapped up" by an established name, which pushes the bid price up, then the insiders unload their shares and take off with the money...
Penny stocks are usually worthless - many of those companies have no assets and no sales and are sometimes manipulated by insiders and later crash in price - avoid them like the plague
