Reading Bond Quotes in WSJ?

Bond prices are quoted as USD% (or GBP%)

So 125 is USD125% or $125 for $100 nominal=$125

Possibly US bonds are denominated in $1000's but it is all the same.

If the ask price of a Treasury bond quoted in the WSJ is said to be 125.3984 do I calculate the dollar amount like this?

1.1253984 x 1,000= $1,125.394

I think this is correct, but I'm not certain.

Thanks!
