The interest works out to:

(20,000 * 7.5/100) /365 * 30 = Rs.123.29

The interest rate for Term Deposit is 7.5% pa.

I want to put Rs.20,000 on TDR for 30 days.

So, by calculating, it must give me Rs.125 interest, but in Enquiry tab for e-TDR on www.onlinesbi.com, it shows interest to be credited as Rs.123. Why?
