Should I sell my bonds on the secondary market?

Russia and Japan Just Dumped a Huge Amount of U.S. Government bonds Bondshttp://www.goldenfront.ru/media/article_...

That leaves two possibilities. Either Russia sold the bonds, and converted the cash back into rubles, Euros, or another currency. Or, it simply moved the bonds away from the Fed to a different custodial account―in Russia, or in the Cayman Islands, or in some offshore banking center where it would be impossible for the U.S. to freeze it.

You can't sell them without a middleman - a broker.

To buy and sell bonds in Brazil real, Indian Rupees or Russian Rubles http://bond-yields.com has a low cost on line services that can help.

I am curious about whether or not I should try to sell my treasury bonds on the secondary Market. Within the last 6 months I have bought over 15300 dollars worth of US treasury Bonds. I had spoken to the US treasury about how I intend to follow what ever Russia does . If I see Russia selling its bonds i want to do the same thing. I also intend to go to Russia at the end of the year and would prefer to buy Russian Rubles and have them sitting in a russian bank so I can hedge against the US dollar. I also want to do a similar thing with Chinese yen, Brazilian Real, and perhaps Indias ruppee. I really do not trust the US dollar completely and I have a good feeling about the Russian Ruble. I am curious how much could i sell 15000 worth of treasury bonds for on the secondary market. The Rate for my bonds are 3.65%. How can I sell them without paying a fee to someone else. I do not want to use a middleman
