.09 is the change in price of the stock since the last close (4PM Eastern Time Weekdays)

Hey I'm completely new to stocks and plan to dive in a couple of months. I was just looking over some stocks on the ios stocks app. And I was just wondering, what number tells you the cost of the stock. Or how can I find out how much the stocks currently cost.
Also in the app there's some number I'd like to know the meaning of
1. The percentages ie. .47%
2. The points ie 30.09
And 3. The change ie. +/- .09
