Street trading with a little coffee van?

You won't be able to do it in the City,

Mobile catering vans are not permitted to trade on any public street or place in the City of London as street trading is illegal in the City of London geographical area (the Square Mile). This is regulated by the Corporation under the City of L?ondon Various Powers Act 1987.?

You should check Westminster Council and any other you want to operate in. You will need a licence.

Er, like you will be competing with Starbucks, Costa Coffee and the rest????

Let alone the licence.

Bad idea not well thought out!

Wakle up and smell the coffee

You will need a street vendor license and you can only stand in the corner they allocate to you if they grant you a license. If you move your vehicle elsewhere to make more business, you will be committing an offence and your license will be revoked.

No No and NO. Any vehicle in the UK which sells food or drink must pass a full inspection by the Council. You need a Food hygiene certificate ( even though it is only drink). a Health & Safety certificate and Public Liability Insurance. You will also be told where you can trade. The Police will move you on without any of the stuff I have listed.

The main problem of almost every trader is the thoughts that trading is game or it's easy money. Before profitable trading you should learn a lot about this field. So, even don't try to trade with real money. You can learn how to make real money from this course ( http://forexsignal.kyma.info ) Second, you should choose the right broker. There are some brokers that plays against their own clients. So, your main goal - find good broker. Third, yo can generate more profits with automated trading software. As you maybe know, there is a lot of different scammers on trading market so it will be hard to find really profitable trading system. That strategy brings me a lot of money every month, all thanks to the course that I posted above. Hope you will follow my recommendations, bye!

That's what my friend Nathan Gold uses as the starting point of a stunning 5-step "trade-wave" that he's just added to his already popular website.

Nathan shows you how that lowly $1000 could potentially grow into an amazing 7-figure retirement nest egg that you simply have to see with your own eyes.

Im looking to buy a small 3 wheel electric van, which at the back of it is customised with a coffee machine. Im sure you've seen these small vehicles around they are no bigger than 6 by 3 ft. However what i'm looking to find out is what are the laws when it come to trading on the street with this thing, will it be against the law for me to just turn up in Liverpool Street at 8am and start selling coffee?

What licenses will i need?

Are there places i can just turn up to in London and start selling coffee?

thanks in advanced?
