What happens if a company funds another company without funded companies consent?

It sounds like you have an example where the major shareholder of company A is also the major shareholder of company B (for major shareholder read 'owner'). I suppose company B could be a wholly owned subsidiary of company A. Company A profit wcould be transferred to company B. Not an accountant so not sure how exactly it would be done or recorded in the balance sheets. But it would have to be recorded in the correct fashion.

I think without any consent it is not possible..

This is not about venture capitalists but you can take it like that. Suppose there is a company A which transfers its profit percent to company B's account without its consent. First of all Is it possible? Second, it is right? What will be the actions of company B, if it doesn't want that funding? and if company B accepts those funds what will company A expect from company B? And if A funded without permission, does it have any share in B's profit?
