Trade, also called goods exchange economy, is to transfer the ownership of goods from one person or entity to another by getting a product or service in exchange from the buyer. Trade is sometimes loosely called commerce or financial transaction or barter. A network that allows trade is called a market. The original form of trade was barter, the direct exchange of goods and services. Later one side of the barter were the metals, precious metals (poles, coins), bill, paper money.

Trading means to buying and selling activities are called trading. Two participants are acting in the action. One person is called buyer and another person is called seller. The trading is based on two aspects. Buying is divided into two categories credit purchase and cash purchase , selling is also divided in credit sale and cash sale.

The term of trading means exchanging one item for another. In the financial markets, you either buy something for one price and sell it again for another, hopefully at a higher price for a profit, or you sell something for one price and buy it again for another, hopefully lower price for a profit.
