I know you can find the information on their investors relation website and there is a broadcast, but I've noticed that there is movement in the stock price before this happens. For example, a company says they will release the quarterly report at 5PM after market closes, but there is heavy movement around 4:15-4:30. Also, some articles crop up before 5PM summarizing the results. Where can I find this information? Also, what about those results released before the market opens?
