Supply and demand. If people want it, you can charge more. If people don't want it, you can't give it away.

Not sure about the price in U.S.A
but In my place (250ml, 8.5ml oz) wish is the cheapest of all costs around $16 U.S,
the others can go about 6 or 10 dollars more.
I might as well die of cancer.
