Why would anyone set up a company, buy expensive tv advertising to sell their inventory of a product (silver or gold) that is "destined to go up in value".
The only rationale I can see is they don't really believe their hype.
Because the price is going down and they don't want
to be stuck with it.
Most of these sites make their money on selling the stuff & NOT buying it. Tho I do believe kitco will buy it back. But generally you buy at a premium & you sell at a discount.
Generally buying/investing in precious metals is a loser.
