Not fake. But close to worthless.
The coin is legal tender in Liberia. But it was produced as a collectible, not really as a coin to circulate. No one outside of Liberia would give you anything for it...at least nothing more than the scrap metal price.
Keep it as a collectible or as a curiosity. But it has no worth outside of Liberia.

If the coin has " Republic of Liberia 20 Dollars 2000" on one side and "History of America * Battle of the Alamo 1836" on the opposite side. Is it a fake?
