You don't invest directly into a specific movie, you invest into the studios and production companies that are making the movies. For example, New Line Cinema, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayor, and WingNut Films produced the recent Hobbit movies, and the film was distributed by Warner Brothers (I believe 20th Century Fox also financed 20%). These companies get their money to finance projects through investors who buy stock into the company. If the film does will, stock prices will most likely rise, leaving the buyer with a return on their investment if they decide to sell their shares. Buying stock is a very intensive process that requires a huge amount of knowledge about the company you plan to invest in, and future projects they plan to undertake. Do some research on stocks, investments, and the stock market and then decide what is your best course of action.
Big budget movies probably don't need your money; they're already big budget. They have available access to capital if needed already.
You'd probably have more luck trying to hitch onto a small budget indie film; it's riskier of course since you never know which ones will take off though. But let's say you bought into Blair Witch Project while it was bring produced; you'd be sitting well today.
Kickstarter allows you to invest in smaller movies and documentaries.

is there anyway that I can invest into Hollywood big budget movies? And if I can how and where do I start? Thanks!
