Its impossible to predict what the market cap of any coin will be. We can speculate, and say for example that X has to happen before bitcoin can reach Y value, but if and when that might ever happen is impossible to say. Reddcoin, I've never even heard of. There are hundreds of cryptos in the world and in 5 years 99.9% of them will be worth absolutely nothing, and that's OK that's just how it works you pick your horse you take your chance.
I personally have not insubstantial holdings in bitcoin and litecoin. I don't really consider bitcoin to be that risky an investment any more is definitely going mainstream, at this point the only thing that can stop it is a catastrophic network failure, which only gets less likely as time goes on because the bigger the network is the less vulnerable it becomes.
Litecoin I have a soft spot for. Its the no. 2 crypto in the world and its currently about $4-5 a coin, so you can definitely buy a few with 30 euros. Litecoin is definitely riskier than bitcoin, but I think it has greater growth potential IF it takes off. I think Litecoin is slowly and quietly building trust in its network, and the recent bearish price signals are just ASICS miners dumping coins which makes this a temporary setback.
So yeah my recommendation; Litecoin.
Also look into paper wallets. If you want to hold crypto long term, its the safest way to do it. If you hold bitcoin on your computer you have computer crashes, hackers, accidents etc a million and one things can go wrong with an online system, so take the coins offline. Put them in "cold storage" which is offline (usually paper) wallets and keep them in a safe.
