They keep asking me for more forms, then they reject the forms. Now they are demanding that I explain why I do not have an address in the USA. Maybe because I do not live in the USA.

I did not ask for the account. My employer chose them over Fidelity, and Merrill. I am about to tell them to keep the stock grant because I have no patience with paperwork.
