Good commodity or indices investment?

You are basing a bet on nat gas on the deeply erudite and obsure piece of information that it is going to get hot in the summer?

Let's see....I have traded nat gas for 20 years. I have hired lots of Ph,D.'s to help me trade nat gas (and other commodities). We have thrown every tool known to mathematicians at trading nat gas. You know how quickly a seasonal component drops out of mathematical analysis? ("Data in good shape? Check. Okay, Do the Fourier thing....")

Totally brain dead and stupid....

@John gave you some good info.

In addition, you have the seasonality wrong. The amount of nat gas used for summer cooling is tiny compared to winter heating. This is the period where inventory rebuilds after winter drawdowns.

If you want to invest in oil or nat gas, you should read publications from EIA (Energy Information Administration). You can sign up for free email updates weekly, monthly. Free from the US government.

The most unsettling issue regarding commodities investments―their inherent risk―is additionally their best feature as another investment strategy, money advisors say.Because the performance of commodities doesn't correlate therewith of equities or fastened financial gain, allocating alittle proportion of a portfolio to natural resources will truly lower the risk within the future, same Saint Patrick Robert, co-founder and chief executive officer of PKR Investments, a money consulting company."For people that need [their portfolios] to be diversified , if they don't seem to be touching a home run right out of the gate [with equities], commodities will act as a hedge," same Robert, World Health Organization is additionally an authorized money planner.Unlike stocks―which ar somewhat easier to appraise as a result of investors will examine information like a company's money metrics and growth plans―the worth of commodities is basically unknown.

I am looking for a good commodity investment where I can make a highly profitable return; I am currently looking at natural gas because as temperatures are going to rise over the summer, natural gas will be used up due to an increased use of air conditioning. This kind of news would also make more people invest into it also increasing the price. I used a demo account and have seen large profits from my investments over a couple of days for natural gas. Over the summer (JULY - SEPTEMBER), should I stick with investing into natural gas, or is there another commodity I can invest into. Other than that, I am also interested in investing into various indices; are there any in particular you can notify me about to invest into over the summer due to large forecasted rises. I am not that interested in investing into stocks or currency pairs, but if you know of any good investments in any of those two groups as well, please let me know about them as well.
