It doesn't make sense that you have already decided to buy $20k yet are still asking fundamental questions likes these. When dealing OTC i would say it is imperative you have as much information you can get (and understand the company well)

What is 150? what is 8.80?

If there is liquidity is it both ways?

Discuss it with your broker-ask him to check the market in size.

If in doubt leave it out!

There's an OTC OF stock that I want to buy that has an average volume of 150~ the price is only 8.88, I want to purchase about $20,000 of this tomorrow.

My question is: Is the volume 150 not really reflective of the true liquidity? Will I be able to sell/ buy shares of this stock at a fair price, aka does OF really just mean you are buying the foreign stock?

I do not have access to the Tokyo exchange it is traded on
