It's possible to do well in the micro cap portion of the stock market, ie penny stocks, it is also very risky as well. If trading in the stock market is something you would be interested in I would suggest that you do your research first.

Let's assume you find a sub penny stock priced @ $0.0002, and you buy $50 worth of shares. $50 @ $0.0002 = 250,000 shares.

Now let's assume value goes up to $0.50. Those 250,000 shares are now worth $125,000.

This is not typically the norm, and penny stocks are generally very volatile and risky, but it's possible.
