The example is Kes= D1/Pes+g

Kes=$ 2.32/$30.65+5.2%= 12.8%

I am getting 5.27

can someone please help me figure out what I am doing wrong

2.32 / 30.65 = 0.07569, round to 0.076 or 7.6%....

the same as X + 5.2% = 12.8%

12.8% - 5.2% = 7.6%
