If your parents are just wearing whatever outfit they have, couldn't you? It seems like if you really needed a new outfit, your parents would make sure you get one. Everyone goes through parts of their life when they don't have the money for something they want and have to make do. That being said, you could always sell something online that you own.
Of course it's important - but you don't seem to have any way of earning money, so making the most of what you've got (or visiting a charity shop, perhaps - some excellent bargains to be had) is the only option.
Ok so i'm 14 and my oldest brother is in basic training for the army. His graduation or turning blue ceremony is coming up soon and i really need to get an outfit for the ceremony. I would ask my parents but money situation is'nt the best. Plus i just want to pay for my own things. Ok so the outfit comes up to around 100 dollars. I'm not into the babysitting thing cause i don't even now how to get a job cause i don't know anyone here to acually babysit. And no one hires at 14 so its kinda hard. and i don't get an allowance. again i'm 14 so people are all like oh uh nope no job for you bye. so i'm kinda screwed. Please help thanks.
