Read the book "Young Money" that came out at the start of the year, it actually will tell you how a lot of young financiers came to be investment bankers post financial crisis. Lot's of them went to Ivy League schools to go to the big time investment banks, but I know others that went to my school in investment Banking. That book should get you a decent understanding of the entry levels to the industry.

I'm a sophomore in high school I'm taking an accounting class it's fun but I want to make big time money and I love the idea of a business related job. I've heard on can make close to half a million or more! But I need to know the steps of getting there. Is majoring in Finance a good start or should I double major in finance and accounting. Also is attending university of Miami for an undergrad and the university of Florida for my mba also can I get a description of the career in a whole.... What can I expect
