If I buy stocks what do I physically own?

You own a piece of paper that is a part ownership of a company.

Nothing physical - but your shareholding would be registered and that would entitle you to sell it. In the UK it would be through Crest system. In the old days there were physical share certificates but those have been replaced by an electronic record. In theory you are a part owner of the company, so own a percentage of the company total assets, but you would need the agreement of the rest of the shareholders to take physical possession of those assets!

For physically you will have nothing but virtually you are the registered share holder and you have the rights to sell or buy your own shares. or anything else..

percentage of the company total asset, if they annouching divident u get the money, when they annouching the split stock you get the stocks, when they got brankupt, then they will sell assets, pay the loans from banks first then the rest (if nay) will be divided on stock owners

Nothing.
