any 'retirement' will be very little.
Organizations are allowed to change the rules regarding retirement plans. Unfortunately, you were hurt by this. But there is nothing you can do about it.
I worked at a hospital for 5 and a half years. When I left
they told me I had some retirement for I was vested at 5 years.
A few years later a company bought the hospital, paid people
off and started a 401k. I found this out,called human resourses.
They told me it was 7 years to be vested now and I had nothing,
even though I was told before it was 5 years.
