There are several of the large online brokers who have paper money accounts without the 20 minute delay.

I have started an account on the Investopedia Simulator and I noticed they have a 20 minute delay for trades etc I was wondering if there was a program I could download that would give me real time quotes or like real time information of how the stock is doing so I would have a 20 minutes advantage.
