NO investments are protected by RBI
You want "completely safe", keep your money in a shoe-box under the bed....it won't ever grow at ALL, guaranteed, but you can shoot anyone who tries to steal it...
I am invested some amount in icici prudential and I am getting good returns But I am really worried about safety because icici is private bank so if it's protected by RBI then my investment will be safe.
