It's already happening. The backers of those paranormal tv shows are millionaires. They have "experts" searching every week. They also provide a place for other seekers of the supernatural to communicate.... you can email the show with ideas. So far it does not seem possible to either find or capture an elemental spirit.

Have you ever thought if a millionaire actually invests on actually proving or finding supernatural beings.

Let's say his just bored out of his wits,.. and employs scientists, psychics etc... to actually capture one let's say an elemental spirit... lock it in his basement inside a state of the art container.

Would it be possible what do you think?
