My bank is telling me I have insufficient funds?

ver heard of a bank putting restrictions on the amount you can spend that day...... only how much you can withdraw, or transfer from one account to the other saying saving to checking, vise versa

Is it the bank or Interact that is giving you this message? Maybe Interact is limiting you for some reason.

Or could you have outstanding debits that have not fully processed yet but are showing up at the bank as pending? I have never heard of a bank limiting how much money you can spend in a day other than what is in your bank account.

are you a minor?

parents can put all kinds of restrictions on bank accounts

you got a teller that didn't know?

Right now, I'm trying to transfer $90.00 to my friend via Interact. I have money in my account ($278.00). But when I try to transfer money my bank is telling me that I have insufficient funds which is not true. On Saturday I issued my bank to increase how much I can spend daily. So I went to my bank and I told them the situation and the bank teller was dumbfounded and telling me nothing is wrong and that I can spend and they've already increased how much I can spend today.

So stupidly I believed them so I tried to transfer the 90 bucks to my friend and it still wouldn't go through, telling me I can spend only $12 daily? Is this a joke?

Can anyone tell me what's going on here? My bank is RBC
