Learning to use the SEC site will take some effort, but it isn't overly difficult. Another option is to do a web search for SEC Form 4. You will probably get a lot of useless returns, but some may provide what you want.
Websites that offer free insider trade news? Not really. And even if they exist, technically speaking, they're not entirely authentic (it's illegal to provide insider information to the public).
Those websites more just keep track of all insider trades, and strive to report them to the public as soon as possible. They may offer insight, but that's as far as it goes.
