Question about stock dividends?

I owned Wal-mart stocks for more than a year. 2.5% dividend means, you will get 2.5% dividend per year, not quarter.

You can make good money like me with this binary option signal software ( http://forexsignal.kyma.info ) Binary options trading has always been popular, however, this investment fad globally exploded around 2008. Originally known as digital options, binary or the name "two values" was added to give a simpler explanation for trading options. Binary is defined as two values or up and down movements. Binaries rely on underlying assets or derivatives. You can trade in commodities, the forex (foreign exchange market), commodities as well as stock indices.

Its only mean that you will get 2.5% for a year not for quarterly.

^ That might be helpful for you. Walmart pays quarterly. If you add up the four payouts per year, and divide it by the stock price, you will see that they pay out 2.5% yearly (rounded).

NASDAQ is hands-down the most convenient site for dividend information. I use it thoroughly.

It is 2.5% per year.

This quote says Wal-Mart pays 2.5% dividend. Does this percentage apply to the ANNUAL dividend or the quarterly amount?

So if someone owned Wal-Mart for a year, could they expect a roughly 10% dividend payment in total?
