Even if you FIND someone who owns some shares they want to sell at a price you are willing to pay for them, you'll STILL need a registered Broker to legally record the transaction so that you actually own them...
You seem to have an obsession with avoiding brokerages, why is that? Do you drink your milk directly from the udders of cows to avoid any involvement with a Dairy Farmer, too?
