The averages say college grads make $1 million more over their lifetime than high school grads. But it depends on you. Do you have a career goal in mind that requires college or would benefit from college? If not, then maybe real estate would be better.
You must invest in college only.
1. you may be able to invest in real estate latter but not in college, late in life
2. college investment gives you many fold return: skill, knowledge,...
3. college investment will make you strong in real estate investment
It depends on the major (especially if you learn a high demand skill) and the type of real estate and location.
What do mean actually?
If you feel real estate is better then invest in condominiums .
But nothing is worth education. If you really are not interested in studying then go for condominiums.
There is no answer to your question. Good real estate can be a good investment, as can a valuable education.
There is also waste in either.
Going to college will pay off in many ways, not just financial.
I'm saving up money and want to know what will be a better investment.
