How you do you plan on upkeep? Who is maintaining the yard? Rental? You can't just buy it and hold it as an investment and let it go to crap.

I'm a Vietnam's citizen. Please tell me the procedure for owning a house here. I know the house already but I do not know the paper work. It's better if you guys can list the disadvantages and advantages. THank you in advance
