What does it mean by a 16: 68 Stock Split?

In a 16-for-68 stock split, 68 of your shares become 16 (x however many lots of 68 shares you had), but since the shares outstanding drops and the price of the stock goes up, the market value of your shares do not change.

Though, often times, after a stock split or reverse stock split, investors who were unaware of it might sell frantically (because they may not have paid attention to their share quantity), causing the price to quickly change, often to everyone's expense.

What mini said....but let me emphasize that 16:68 as he/she describes it is a REVERSE split. this is seldom a good sign.
