What should I invest my money in?

Look up a good company and check how well it performs yearly. If it continues to head up, just buy shares and invest in it and hold for a long time.

That's the easiest way for a safe investment, with minimal guesswork.

Have you worked as an employee of a hotel, gas station or gym? If no, don't invest in any of them.

Investing in a small business you don't thoroughly understand is a recipe for disaster.

An 8% yield will earn you about $24k a year.

1. Why immediately. Rushing into any investment is a good way to lose your money.

2. Relatively safe and nice return is difficult. Safety and returns tend to be inversely proportional.

3. Pick an area you are knowledgeable in or get a professional to handle your investments.

$300,000 is nowhere NEAR enough to buy a gas station anywhere that has enough customers to stay open...

And a hotel? Out of the question....though a cheap Motel, maybe...

The Gym market is pretty much saturated, the peak in that business was a decade ago....don't waste you time!

I think you should invest in stocks because they are much better then property investment. Considering the amount you have to invest Its better to take professional help for safe side.when i started to invest in stock market I took assistance of http://buildtruewealth.net/ for my strategy formulation. As the result my profit grew much higher then my expectations.

Stock! Invest in LNG! Do your own research, but the company cheniere is the ticket. Currently building a second LNG refinery, and poised to be the first company allowed legally, and have the capability, to export LNG from the united states. That's huge. The stock is consistently rising, quickly. We're talking 80-90% in the last ten months.

My recommendation for anyone that doesn't know stocks is to sign up for thestreet's actions alerts. You can buy and sell with professionals that way and it takes your guessing out of it. I do that and I think its been great, if its to expensive then get together with a few people and chip in on it. Thats my recommendation.

I suppose I must give ALL details.. I have approximately 300,000 USD in cash and savings to invest immediately. I was wondering, what would be the best investment that's relatively safe, but also provides a nice return.

I was really considering either a gas station, hotel, or a gym. Any advice would help.. Also, feel free to give other investment ideas!

Thanks :)
