A real investor knows that a 7 to 8 percent return is standard. You can gamble, and sometimes you will do better than that, and sometimes you will do worse.
If there was an investment that would reliably do better than that without additional risk, all the professional investors who know far more about economics and finance know would buy it, driving up the price.
