you need to call that company and ask for human resources, tell them you need to know what company administers the plan, they will probably ask you the dates of when he worked there and when he retired. good luck

My late husband left behind a 401k plan with a substantial amount of money when he passed. I have been trying to access ANY information, including the amount or even who is holding it. I know I was named beneficiary but that's all I know. I have not recieved one piece of correspondence from the company that he put in 20 years of hard work for.
