Remember, stock traders do not need up markets to make money, they can and do make as much in down markets
Trader don't need up or down markets to make money, they just need a market with some volume to it
Traders CAN make money whether the market goes up or down. The trick is to be "long" when going up, and "short" when the market is going down.
"Guessing" is "gambling". Your "gut" will eventually bankrupt you.
