Advfn.com (or ft.com or yahoo and others) provide virtual portfolios for free.
Hargreaves is a very good site but their charges are highish.

I'm looking to set up an online custodial brokerage account in the UK, I've been looking for days but there are too many to compare by myself.
-I don't care much for customer service.
